Six days. 480 kilometres. More than 100 racers from 15 countries will arrive in Pucon (Southern Chile), the epicentre of the most spectacular and challenging MTB race in teams of 2. Transandeschallenge (www.transandeschallenge.com), begins on February 3rd.
Immersed in a breathtaking landscape, around Volcan Villarica’s slopes and on Lake Villarica’s banks the most defying, demanding and challenging MTB summer race will take place in Chilean Patagonia.
Racers will ride 70 kilómetros per day, almost 10 hrs. We estimate the first teams will complete the stages in 4 hrs.
“The course has been designed for racers to give their best physically as well as mentally. Technical paths, wide trails and virgin landscapes”, says Juan Pablo Santiagos, Transandeschallenge Director.
Once in basecamps, racers will encounter thrilling sunsets, delicious meals, thermal baths, relaxing, and amusing conversations about the experiences lived during each stage.
